Attendance Dashboard
This guide will help you understand know about the attendance dashboard, mark attendance, and use the system effectively based on your role.
1.Overview of the Attendance System:
◘ The dashboard provides a clear and concise view of the attendance status for the current day.
◘ Maktab can easily track whether attendance has been marked for the day through a simple icon system:
◘ Green Tick ✅ for taken attendance.
◘ Red Cross ❌ for not taken attendance.

◘ Automated Tracking: The system automatically updates the dashboard when attendance is taken for the day.
◘ Real-Time Sync: As soon as attendance is logged by a maktab or any other designated user,
it syncs with the server and reflects on the dashboard instantly.◘ Icon Representation:
◘ The green tick symbol appears when attendance is successfully marked for all users.
◘ The red cross symbol appears when attendance is not marked for classes.

◘ This chart displays the total number of students in each class.
Different colors represent various class, making it easy to visualize
and differentiate between the data.- 04 User Access and Permissions:
◘ Different Access Levels:
◘ Maktab Users: See the attendance status for their specific students.
◘ Center Users: View the attendance for all maktabs under their control.
◘ Zone Users: Can monitor the attendance across all centers in their zone.
◘ Headquarters: Have full visibility of all zones, centers, and maktabs.
◘ Each level of user can take action if any attendance is missing and reach out to the relevant personnel to ensure the system is updated in a timely manner.
